Doomadgee is a remote community in Queensland’s Gulf Country, roughly 200km south of the Gulf of Carpentaria. PC Water Infrastructure is delivering a 2ML ground-level tank as part of the community’s water treatment plant infrastructure — one of the most logistically complex deliveries in our portfolio.

All materials, plant and crew are transported hundreds of kilometres on unsealed roads that close in the wet season. Construction is scheduled within the dry-season window with materials pre-positioned ahead of wet-season risk, and civil earthworks engineered to the site’s soil conditions. The 2ML tank structure and external access system are now built on site; the broader project remains ongoing as work progresses toward final completion and commissioning.
